Do you take walk-ins?
Not at this time. Frock Stars is by appointment only so every guest gets their magical moment.
Can adults come, or is this just for kids?
Ohhh YES — adults absolutely come!
Frock Stars is built especially for women who want nostalgia, whimsy, glamour, and play.
What sizes do you carry?
We are building an inclusive, ever-growing wardrobe. We currently carry a range of sizes and are continuously adding more pieces to support the magic of every body.
Can I bring my own outfits?
Absolutely! Bring anything that makes you feel iconic.
What should I wear underneath?
Whatever you’re comfortable in — leggings, bike shorts, camis, tank tops.
Think: easy to change in and out of!
What ages are welcome?
All ages! Littles, teens, adults, and especially adult women reclaiming girlhood magic.
Is makeup included?
Makeup is included in The Icon Experience.
For Basic Dress-Up Sessions, bring your own makeup.
Can boys or men participate?
Yes! Frock Stars is a creativity- and expression-positive space for every gender. Just please let us know so we can make sure everyone who wants some privacy has it available!
Do you offer group sessions?
Yes — we love parties!
Birthdays, girls’ days, bachelorettes, mother–daughter groups, etc.
How long is each session?
Depends on the experience. When you pick a session type in the booking calendar, you’ll see session lengths.
Can we eat or drink in the studio?
Light drinks are okay! (Sparkling water, juice boxes, etc.) And feel free to bring your own adult bevvies for the adults. We keep food minimal to protect our wardrobe but non-messy snacks are ok.

What’s your cancellation policy?
We completely understand — life happens, tiaras tilt, and sometimes schedules do a little cha-cha of their own. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session are welcomed with open arms and full refunds. Cancellations within 48 hours of your session are considered a “no-go on the glow,” and unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds — your time slot has already been specially reserved and the magic prepared just for you. Thank you for understanding and respecting the sparkle behind the scenes.
